Graduate of the French Culinary School in Nice, Chef Andriani and his expert team of sous chefs have made perfect the art of pairing the classic and the modern, the original and the trendy, into creative and delicious signature dishes, matched with very professional staff services. The chef and the founder participate in culinary societies and annually hire consulting chefs to further enhance the incredible expertise in their specialty. Originally Mansions Catering, the word Green was added to the name in honor of the 35th Anniversary year, as Green signifies the way in which we are constantly renewing our passion for our professional services.
